Job Description:
Are you a talented communicator with a passion for sales? Novopay is looking for enthusiastic Tele Sales Representatives to join our team in Luton. As a Tele Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your excellent English-speaking skills, IT proficiency, and outstanding telephone manner while earning a competitive salary and bonuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers.
- Present Novopay products and services in a compelling manner.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong IT skills.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette.
- Sales or telemarketing experience is a plus, but not required.
